Recently, Team Pritchard of ERA Team VP Real Estate donated pet oxygen masks to the Ellicottville Fire Department. Team Pritchard is comprised of Cathleen Pritchard and Melanie Pritchard, two Licensed Associate Real Estate Brokers, along with their Executive Assistant and Licensed Real Estate Salesperson.

Melanie works hard in her spare time for the charity C.L.A.W.S., which traps then spays or neuters stray cats. When it came to her attention that pet oxygen masks are something fire departments need and usually do not have, she instantly ordered one for the Ellicottville Fire Department. When delivering, Team Pritchard received a tour of the great facility. The Department recently upgraded their Fire Truck and it was able to replace two older trucks that are currently for sale. Giving the walk through was Ed Fredrickson, Fire Chief, and Daniel Kruszynski, Fire Captain and Paramedic.

They explained to Team Pritchard how some houses burn differently and the pros and cons of timber frame, stick built and manufactured. “We are very thankful for this donation; we appreciate all donations large and small,” says Kruszynski.

If any other Cattaraugus County Fire Departments are in need of pet oxygen masks, please call Team Pritchard at (716) 575-SELL.
