Ellicottville’s Summer Music Festival, July 4–6, is one weekend you won’t want to miss. This action-packed, fun-filled weekend offers fun for the whole family. So, pack your car and head to Ellicottville next weekend.

This year, the weekend launches with an adult old-fashioned, carnival-themed Top of the Mountain Party (adults) on Friday, July 4 at 6 p.m. Start the evening with a scenic chairlift ride to the top of Mardi Gras for spectacular views and a party like no other.

A full dinner with food stations will include Coney Island steamers, mahi mahi tacos, wok specialties and more. In addition, there will be great live entertainment, fun adult carnival games and a cash bar. Tickets for the event are $40 per person.

Saturday, July 5, brings a family-friendly evening with a performance by the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra, which always sounds fabulous as you watch from the slopes of Holiday Valley. A stunning fireworks display caps the evening. Bring a blanket, chairs and a picnic, if you like. Tickets are $25 pre-sale, and children 12 and under are free. A VIP Weekend Package is also available that includes a sponsors’ dinner that evening.

On Sunday, July 6, the Grammy-nominated group the Gin Blossoms performs slopeside at Holiday Valley with an opening performance by Nelson Starr and The Benjamins. Pre-sale tickets are $25, and children 12 and under are free.

And that’s not all! There is family-friendly fun in the village all weekend long. An outdoor Art and Craft Show will take place on the village streets. Bring Fido for the annual Pet Parade and promenade him down the village streets. Be sure to stop at the perennial favorite Strawberry Festival to get your fill of this delicious seasonal delight.
