April 14, Randolph Lions Club Glow Run

Randolph Fire Hall, 70 Main St, Randolph. For ages 10 and up. The 5K starts at the Fire Hall and loops through town. Registration starts at 7 p.m.; the run starts at 8 p.m.

April 29, SAPS Race WNY Maple Festival

Franklinville Central Central School District, 31 N. Main Street (SR 16), Franklinville. The SAPS Race WNY Maple Festival 5K, 10K, and 5K Walk. Low entry fee: only $10 (for 10K or 5K). Day of race reg is $20 and $15. Please bring a non-perishable food donation for the local food pantry. First 50 registrants get the Maple Festival T-shirt. May 5, Allegany Adventure Run

There are three distances to choose from for these races inside Allegany State Park: 6K, 13K and 27K.  Non-technical in nature, the 6K and 13K courses equally pack a punch.  The 27K course is the grandaddy that features a 3-mile section of single track and the memorable 2-mile climbing finish back to the summit. T-shirts are guaranteed to the first 300 who register.  Race-day registration welcome.  Proceeds help support the Allegany Nordic Ski Patrol and HEART Animal Shelters. May 12 Happy Half and 5K, Beer Mile

Holiday Valley Resort, Ellicottville. This day will feature a Half Marathon, 5k, and a Beer Mile for those with iron stomachs, all starting and finishing at Holiday Valley. May 13, Grinder Trail Race

Sprague Brook Park, Glenwood. 3.5-Mile Trail Run in the heavily wooded and serene trails of Sprague Brook, with a variety of trail sections. May 18, Kelly Tough 12K

ADPRO Sports Training facility (The Buffalo Bills Field House), 1 Bills Drive, Orchard Park. 12K Race and 1.2 Km Fun Run/Walk. Cross the finish line at Jim Kelly Boulevard near Ralph Wilson Stadium in Orchard Park and enjoy a post-race celebration with food, awards, and activities for the whole family. Participants are encouraged to fundraise for the Hunter’s Hope Foundation in support of children and families affected by Krabbe and other Leukodystrophies. May 19, Sehgahunda Trail Marathon & Relay

June 16, Holiday Valley Mudslide

Mark your calendar for this awesome obstacle race full of laughs, muddy challenges and the famous mudslide down the Yodeler slope at the finish line! Two distances to choose from.
