The Parkinson’s Foundation, Western New York Chapter has been reaching out to those affected by Parkinson’s disease.
As part of that effort, a new support group will begin monthly meetings in the Ellicottville Memorial Library at 6:30 p.m. March 20. The group will continue to meet at that hour on the third Tuesday of each month.
The meetings are free to attend and will be open to people with Parkinson’s, care partners, family members, friends or anyone who wishes to learn more about the disease.
The support group will meet in the library’s Holiday Valley Community Room. No reservations are needed. Anyone who would like more information should call the Parkinson’s Foundation WNY at 449-3795.
