Take a thrilling, 2,940-foot ride down the Mountain Coaster through the Tannenbaum woods! Similar to a roller coaster but lower to the ground, the Mountain Coaster follows the contours of the terrain and has 15 curves, 12 waves, 1 jump and a large circle/spiral. Ride alone or with a friend in a “car” attached to rails as it pulls you up the hill. Control your own speed as you zoom down the zigzagging, spiraling path to the base of the mountain.
Children must be at least 3 years old and 36” tall to ride with an adult or 8 years and 42 inches tall to ride alone. Coaster hours are 2–8 p.m. Thursday/Friday, 1–8 p.m. Saturday/Sunday, plus holidays. Purchase your mountain coaster ticket with your lift ticket and save!
NEW at Holiday Valley Tubing Company for 2013-14 — double the number of lanes and an outdoor skating rink! Skate for just $5. Bring your own skates, the rink will operate weather permitting. The Tubing Company has up to 20 lanes and 2 handle tows. Grab a FREE shuttle to the park on Rt. 242. A special Little Tubers area is available, weather permitting, for younger children. The cozy warming hut offers a snack bar, fireplace and restrooms, or you can socialize around the giant bonfire pit. Park hours are 4–9 p.m. Thursday/Friday, noon–9 p.m. Saturday/Sunday, with additional hours during holiday weeks. Take advantage of tubing for only $10 on Thursdays!
