The Griffis Sculpture Park will celebrate a day of creativity at the third annual Griffis Sculpture Park Summer Festival on Sunday, Aug.16, from noon to 7 p.m

The festival, on the grounds of the 400-acre park, will feature musical performances from some of the region’s best musicians, tours of the park, children crafts and activities, artists creating works, and much more. Park goers can also take in the 250 sculptures that reside throughout the trails of the park, making it the United States largest outdoor sculpture park.

Guests can cehck out performances by Workingman’s Dead (two-sets), Sly Boots School of Music and Cosmic Kat.

The events will be taking place on the top of the hill at the Mill Valley site of the park. Guests should be prepared for a 10 minute walk uphill to the festival site.

Guests are encouraged to bring blankets and small coolers. There will be a food booth, as well as a beer and wine garden on-site.

Admission will be $10 for adults, 12 and under FREE. Gates open at 11:00 a.m.
