The Greater Olean Area Chamber of Commerce’s (GOACC) membership committee hosts seminars every six weeks featuring a topic of concern to its members.

The next seminar, Multi-channel Marketing, is set for Wednesday, Jan. 21, at noon and will be held at the GOACC office at 120 North Union Street in Olean.

“Multi-channel marketing isn’t just for big business. Small business can also benefit from utilizing many channels to reach customers including email, social media, public relations and advertising. Today, it’s more about storytelling than it is selling,” stated Meme Yanetsko, GOACC COO.

The presenters are Pam Bailey and Kathleen Donovan, who will offer quick tips on keeping customers engaged. Both are with Cutco Corporation, established in 1949, which is the largest manufacturer of kitchen cutlery in the United States and Canada.

Other upcoming seminars include  Leadership/Communications on March 3, Search Engine on April 15 and Google on May 19.

The seminars are free for GOACC members, and $10 for non-members.
