This past weekend (Jan. 28 and 29) the FLITE Team “A SQUAD” took to the Killington Klassic at Highline- where a pair of our athletes will be skiing again in 2 weeks at their first NorAm.

On Saturday Lexi Crotty picked up where she left off two weeks ago in Lake Placid, claiming the Top Spot on the ladies side- skiing with conviction down the mogul field.

The men were led by Wyatt Antkiewicz, who finished in 8th place, followed by Lucas Goodin, who had a great day on the course, finishing in 17th place.

Sunday Funday brought Duals into the fold. Wyatt Antkiewicz withdrew from the competition to rest a sore knee.

Lucas Goodin came into duals the No. 16 seed, and led off the day with the 3rd Dual, which he won by virtue of the other competitor scratch. Lucas then won his second dual 19-6 to advance him into the round of 16. Lucas went against the No. 1 seed from Saturday and lost that dual 19-6. He ended his day in the round of 16.

Lexi Crotty came in to duals the No. 1 seed, which earned her a 1st round bye. Her first dual she won 21-4. Lexi then went on to win her next duals 18-7, 16-9 and won 25-0 in finals.

Next stop for the “A SQUAD” is Stratton Mountain. FLITE Team Ahtletes Wyatt Antkiewicz and Lexi Crotty will enjoy a weekend of light training at HoliMont before hitting the NorAm Tour for the month of February.
