ECS Update: The Ellicottville Eagles high school sports season has come to an end. The girls’ varsity softball team fell to the Forestville Hornets in the quarterfinals of the section 6 class D softball playoffs. The future looks bright for softball at ECS, as a lot of young players will be moving up to bolster Mr. Finn’s varsity squad.

The boys’ varsity baseball team also concluded their season with a loss in the Section 6 Class D final against North Collins. The team is losing some key players, but as in softball, the future of ECS baseball look very bright with some very promising young players coming up in the system.
