St. Paul’s of Ellicottville, in conjunction with the Cattaraugus County Department of the Aging / NY Connects, is pleased to invite you to a Community Forum on Saturday, March 25, at 10 a.m. at St. Paul’s in Ellicottville.

St. Paul’s is located at 6360 Route 242 East in Ellicottville.

The topic “Positive Communication Techniques” will be presented by the Alzheimer’s Association. Department of Aging staff will also present on the topics of Self Care for the Caregiver, the Conversation Project and the Western New York Alzheimer’s Caregiver Partnership.

This is a free outreach event to the community and may be of benefit to anyone who is functioning in a caregiving capacity regardless of diagnosis.

Representatives will be available to demonstrate the NY Connects Resource Directory and speak about local Department of the Aging and NY Connects Services.

NY Connects provides Cattaraugus County residents free, easy and local access to information and assistance for you and your family who are exploring available options for long term care, regardless of age or income. Representatives will also be able to answer questions and provide information on a variety of programs that are available through our local Department of the Aging.
