On Saturday, Nov. 30, 2013, 4–6 p.m., Core Performance Fitness and Training will be hosting an Open House. Core Performance offers not only personal training, but also the best group fitness. Yoga, Pilates, Core Lab, and Power and Strength classes are all on the December schedule. All instructors have extensive training and mentoring, and will be available for questions and demos.
Group fitness classes are an amazing way to meet your fitness goals without heading to the gym for a “typical” workout. Group fitness classes at Core Performance emphasize efficient and effective workouts. All instructors are form fanatics and take the necessary precautions to insure that participants avoid overuse or injury to their bodies.
