We are thrilled to share that our 4-H Fashion Revue is back and will be held on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at the Cornell Cooperative Extension Building in Ellicottville between 5 and 8 p.m. This amazing event allows our 4-H sewing and style engineers, 5 to 18 years of age, the chance to showcase their creativity and skills with sewing, knitting, crocheting, weaving, wearable technology and many other fiber arts.

Each 4-Her makes their own garment or fiber arts project, does a commentary on it and models or displays the garment for the audience to enjoy.

We are delighted to relaunch our Fiber Science programming with 4-H here in Cattaraugus County! We have kind sponsors for our Fashion Revue event from Creekside in Arcade, Ellicottville Quilt Shop in Ellicottville and Yarn of Ewe in Randolph.

We look forward to seeing everyone on May 16.

In addition to new 4-H members, Cooperative Extension is always looking for adult volunteers to share their time and talents with the young people in our community.

For information about volunteering, or if you’d like to learn more about fiber arts, please contact Katie Benatovich at (716) 699-2377 ext.120.
